This means the price we purchase at will always be higher than the current existing use value of the property.

JOINT VENTURE

Some land and property owners prefer to joint venture with us instead of simply selling their real estate.

By teaming up with us in a JV structure we are able to offer them a greater return with a share of the development profit, and for some, the experience and track record they require if they choose to continue in property development.
